Orders & Delivery
How quickly are the games shipped?
All games are packed and shipped within 24 hours of your order. You'll receive a confirmation email once PostNord has picked up the parcel. Expect delivery within 1–2 business days after that.
What happens if a game is out of stock?
If a game is temporarily sold out, it's clearly shown on the product page. Exact delivery times may vary depending on production and logistics.
Can I cancel or return my purchase?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. The game must be in the same condition as when you received it, with the seal unbroken – if the solution envelope is opened, the mystery is revealed and the game is considered used. You pay the return shipping; for approved warranty claims, we cover it. Contact us and we'll help you with the return.
Language & Availability
What languages are the games available in?
The games are developed in Swedish, with versions also available in Finnish, Danish, Norwegian and Dutch. One game contains short passages in English, but is primarily in Swedish.
Can I download the games digitally?
Our murder mysteries are currently sold in physical form only. Digital versions are something we're exploring for the future.
The Experience
How long does a game take?
A murder mystery typically takes 2–4 hours to complete, depending on how many you are and how carefully you examine the clues.
How many people can play?
The game is designed for 2–6 people for the best experience. More than 8? Split into teams and play in parallel.
Can you play in teams?
Yes. Competing in teams adds an extra dimension. Note that each team needs its own copy to access all the game material.
Can you play the game more than once?
Once you know who the murderer is, it's hard to recreate the suspense. But the game passes on beautifully – nothing is consumed during play.
Is an answer key included?
Yes, a clear answer key comes with every game. It helps you settle who guessed right and which pieces of evidence you managed to connect.
How difficult are the games?
Difficulty varies between our titles. Every game has a difficulty rating from 1 to 5 shown on its product page – 1 suits first-time players, 5 is for seasoned detectives.
Age & Content
What is the age recommendation?
We recommend the games for ages 15+. Partly because of the dark theme (murder, crime), and partly because some game elements or images may be unsettling for younger children.
Can children still join in?
As a parent, you know your child best. Some have played with children under 15 and had positive experiences – but it's important to review the game beforehand.
Why is there an age limit?
Beyond the narrative content, the boxes contain small parts. To comply with EU product safety rules, we set a clear limit for children's safety.
